1. What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in high-quality dog essentials — from cozy beds and durable harnesses to chew-friendly toys and travel accessories. Everything your furry friend needs to live their best life.

2. Are your products safe for all dog breeds?
Absolutely. We carefully select and test our products for durability and comfort across different breeds and sizes. Always check the size guide on each product page before purchasing.

3. How do I choose the right size for my dog’s harness or bed?
Each product has a detailed sizing chart. Simply measure your dog’s neck, chest, or body length (depending on the item), and match it to the chart. When in doubt, go one size up for extra comfort!

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our trusted fulfillment centers. Shipping times and costs vary by region and are displayed at checkout.

5. How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days within Europe and 7–14 days for international orders. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please remember it is the customers responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Of course. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our support team with your order number.

7. What if my dog doesn’t like the product?
We get it — dogs can be picky! You can return unused items in original packaging within the return window. Sadly, we can’t accept used or chewed products (for obvious reasons).

8. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. You can also log into your duggydog.store account to see real-time delivery updates. Please note that the tracking number may take a few days to update, in some cases, it may not update until the barcode is scanned by your local shipping carrier. We recommend waiting a little while and checking back later for updated tracking details

9. Do you offer discounts or bundle deals?
Yes! We regularly run paw-some promotions and bundle discounts. Sign up for our newsletter to fetch exclusive offers before anyone else!

10. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us within 12 hours of purchase, and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Please email us at support@duggydog.store with your order number and new address. 

11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and other secure payment options depending on your region.

12. Is my personal information safe with you?
100%. duggydog.store uses secure SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways — your data is protected like a bone in a vault.
